Hey Brian,I havent tried installing to 2012 but have installed to multiple windows 8 machines without issue.  Not sure if you are having problems or just saying that AVG doesnt support win 8 or 2012.

What I did was do the uninstall through kaseya, then I run the uninstall tool from AVG's website to clean out the rest of the program.  Then I navigate to the prgram files and delete the AVG folder....

Install agent list export

Is there a way I can export a list of all the agents list in Kaseya? I would like to put them into excel and work with them in a table after that.Thanks for any and all help in this matter.

Hi James, just call into the main Kaseya number and they'll be able to raise a ticket for you. For a server down it will be a severity 1 and you'll get a call back within an hour.
